Order
Once we receive your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with the order details. Once your items are dispatched, we'll send you an email so you can track your parcel.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please allow up to 30 minutes and check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation please contact us for another copy.Â

Absolutely! At checkout, simply replace the shipping address with the recipient's details.

At this stage, we only offer shipping across Australia. We look forward to adding international options soon!
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high demand. For updates on your order status, please contact our team here.
If you're not home when your order arrives, Australia Post will leave a collection card for you to pick up your parcel at the nearest Post Office.
If you have a delivery issue, please check the tracking information from Australia Post. You can track your shipment here. If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance.
