Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a Public Holiday will be despatched on the following days. This also applies to express orders.

Changing Your Shipping Address
If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, please email us at hello@365daysonline.com.au as soon as possible with the correct details.
What if I Miss My Delivery?
If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a "sorry we missed you" card or you will receive a collection notification by email or SMS with collection options.
Order Not Received?
If you have a delivery issue, please check the tracking information from Australia Post. If your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance.
Can I Ship to a PO Box/Parcel Locker?
Yes, we ship via Australia Post, so orders can be delivered to a PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Locker. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver to the address provided, we’ll reach out to arrange an alternative delivery option.
Holiday & Sale Periods
While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times during holiday and promotional periods, due to increased order volume.
