Returns

RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Items must be returned in original saleable condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
  • Final sale items are final and cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN

Visit the Returns Portal.

Go to returns.365daysonline.com or click the Returns link in the footer of our website.

  1. Enter your Return Details - Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  2. Select Item(s) for Return - Choose the item(s) you wish to return and indicate your reason.
  3. Prepare your Return - Repack your item securely, include proof of purchase (order number), return via Australia Post.
  4. Return Address - Post return to, 7/2 Bromham Place, Richmond 3121 VIC
  5. Processing - Once we receive and QC the item(s), we will process the return if it meets our return requirements.

    Note: We do not accept liability for lost returns. Please retain your tracking number for reference.


    REFUNDS

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Afterpay purchases will be refunded via your Afterpay account.
    • Postage costs will be deducted from approved refunds.
    • We do not offer exchanges or store credits.
