RETURN CONDITIONS
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Items must be returned in original saleable condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer.
- Final sale items are final and cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
Visit the Returns Portal.
Go to returns.365daysonline.com or click the Returns link in the footer of our website.
- Enter your Return Details - Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Select Item(s) for Return - Choose the item(s) you wish to return and indicate your reason.
- Prepare your Return - Repack your item securely, include proof of purchase (order number), return via Australia Post.
- Return Address - Post return to, 7/2 Bromham Place, Richmond 3121 VIC
- Processing - Once we receive and QC the item(s), we will process the return if it meets our return requirements.
Note: We do not accept liability for lost returns. Please retain your tracking number for reference.
REFUNDS
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Afterpay purchases will be refunded via your Afterpay account.
- Postage costs will be deducted from approved refunds.
- We do not offer exchanges or store credits.
